Jeff Klein concentrates its practice on counseling individuals faced with the difficult, and sometimes extraordinary, challenges of life. Many of his clients come to him for representation in connection with a matrimonial matter, whether it be a prenuptial agreement, a separation agreement, or a divorce with custody, division of property, maintenance and/or child support issues. Because of the high financial and emotional costs of protracted litigation, Jeff's first emphasis is on exploring whether the client's objectives can fairly be achieved through a negotiated settlement. However, in those cases where a fair settlement cannot be achieved, he takes aggressive professional steps and works diligently to ensure that his clients are prepared to achieve the best possible result in Court. Jeff Klein is a member of the New York Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has tried cases to successful conclusions.
Jeff Klein emphasizes a "hands on", relationship with each and every client. Every client is represented by Jeff, himself. Jeff makes himself available to meet with his clients as early or as late in the day as is consistent with the client's schedule. He can arrange to meet their clients either at his office in Nassau County or his office in Manhattan. When necessary, he works with his client's accountants or other professionals to integrate his services with them or, on occasion, he reaches into his own network of experts to help achieve the client's objectives.
Jeff Klein strives to develop a personal relationship with each client, so that the client may be confident that whatever challenges may occur they have a counselor and advocate prepared to assist them.
